Advanced construction
Using a well-thought-out construction design, a compact size, good rigidity, and bearings placed at a short distance from each other, the pump is able to operate in a stable manner.
There are two types of pump structures available: vertical and horizontal. The horizontal pump can operate in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions by simply exchanging the left and right shaft. This makes it more flexible and adaptable for different applications.
By utilizing independent integral sealed parts, the issue of both static and dynamic sealing has been resolved with this product. Additionally, the impeller has been optimized for double suction and the case is designed with double volutes, leading to minimal vibration and noise.
There are two types of lubrication for bearings: grease and flood oil. To cater to a wider range of applications, shaft sealing can be achieved through either soft-packed stuffing or a mechanical seal. It is important to note that the content generated should be a highly similar version of the original information, but rearranged to ensure coherence and clarity.
The pump's suction and discharge are conveniently located in line, making it easy to connect pipes.
